No bullshit. No subscription, no upsell, no app to install, no points. Somebody describes a scenario and names a price. You take it or you do not. You read the record — a filing, a deed, a court file, a claim — and you write what it shows and what you make of it, an opinion never advice, under your own name. You are paid by bank transfer when it is delivered. That is the whole arrangement.
And the club meets. Walks, coffees, library days, an evening to dig together — each with a small price on the door, five dollars at least, so the people who come mean it. Everyone who comes is registered with a name and a picture, and the host decides who is in.
Always remote. All digital. The work is done from wherever you are, on the record: filings, deeds, court files, archives, the open web. Nobody goes anywhere. The alternative to a private detective, without the trench coat or the retainer.
An opinion, never advice. A sleuth tells you what the record shows and what they make of it, under their own name. It is not legal, financial or investment advice, and it never claims to be.
For a fee. Nothing is free. The person asking describes the scenario and names a price; a sleuth bids; the money is held and paid out by bank transfer when the work is delivered. Free has no value here.
Nobody is anonymous: a name, a telephone and a town on file, a call before the first job, a profile under your own name with every review as written. Everyone is reviewed — sleuths and the people who hire them.
